This three-hour class Essentials of Management specifically targets management's responsibilities for reducing E&O exposure in the agency. Agency employees involved in sales and service are on the front lines when it comes to reducing E&O exposure. But management provides the tools and the oversight for their success. This course is oriented towards agency staff and begins with general comments to make them aware of what an E&O claim is, what typically causes a claim and then provides specific processes and procedures to follow in the agency's daily operations to prevent E&O claims.
